INTERNATIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (I.C.C)
NON-CIRCUMVENTION, NON-DISCLOSURE & WORKING AGREEMENT
                               
Panama Contract Transaction  

WHEREAS, the Undersigned wish to enter into this Agreement to define certain parameters of the future legal obligations, are bound by a duty of confidentially with respect to their sources and contacts. This duty is in accordance with the International Chamber of Commerce Convention (I.C.C. 500).

WHEREAS, the Undersigned desire to enter into a working business relationship to the mutual and common benefit of the parties hereto, including their affiliates, subsidiaries, stockholders, partners, co-ventures, trading partners, and other associated organizations (herein after referred to as "Affiliates").

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, assertions and covenants herein and other good and valuable considerations, the receipts of which is acknowledged hereby, the parties hereby agree as follows:


                                                                

I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. The parties will not in any manner, solicit, nor accept any business in any manner from sources not their Affiliates, which sources were made available through this agreement, without the express permission of the party who made available the source and,

B. The parties will maintain complete confidentiality regarding each other business sources and/or their Affiliates and will disclose such business sources only to named parties pursuant to the express written permission of this party who made available the source,

C. That they will not in any of the transactions the parties are desirous of entering into and do, to the best of their abilities assure the other that the transaction codes established will not be affected,

D. That they will not disclose names, addresses, Email address, telephone and telefax or telex numbers to any contacts by either party to third parties and that they each recognize such contracts as the exclusive property of the respective parties and that they will not enter into any direct negotiations or transactions with such contracts revealed by the other party,

E. That they further undertake not to enter into business transaction with any entities, the names of which have been provided by one of the parties to this agreement, unless written permission has been obtained from the other, party(ies) to do so. For the sake of this agreement, it does not matter whether information obtained from a natural or a legal person. The parties also undertake not to make use of a third party to circumvent this clause.

  
   
                                                                                                                                   
F. That in the event of circumvention of this Agreement by either party, directly or indirectly, the circumvented party shall be entitled to a legal monetary penalty equal to the maximum earnings it should be realized from such a transaction plus any and all expenses, including but not limited to all legal costs and expenses incurred to recover the lost revenue.


G. All consideration, benefits, bonuses, participation fees and/or Commissions received as a result of the contributions of the parties in the Agreement, relating to any and all transactions will be allocated as per agreements, between all the parties to this agreement plus other parties to the mediation effected and specified in each case. The invoices for the paymaster shall be dated same as the day when commission money reaches account.

H. This agreement is valid for any and all transaction between the parties herein and shall be governed by the enforceable under Swiss law in Zurich, in the event of dispute, the Rules of conciliation and arbitration of the international chamber by one or more arbitrators designed in accordance to said rules is applied.


I. The signing parties hereby accept such selected jurisdiction as the exclusive venue. The duration of the Agreement shall perpetuate for the life of each contract individually,




                                                                             


II. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

A. The signatures on this agreement received by the way of facsimile, mail or e-mail shall be deemed to be an executed contact. Agreement enforceable and admissible for all purposes as may be necessary under the terms of the agreement

B. All signatories hereto acknowledge that they have read the foregoing Agreement and by their initials and signature that they have full and complete authority to execute the document for and in the name of the party for which they have given their signature.

C. The total content of 14 Silver Boxes containing Cash (US$) worth Value of US$250,000,000 and one (1) Diamond Value Box worth US$800M in current market Price Deposited with Secured Trunk Services Panama will be received by the Investor through secret Operation and the fund will be delivered in Cash with a Private Jet from Panama to secured Investors location / region 

D. The Investor will receive the fund and Deposit into his/her Designated Bank account with a Perfect arrangement which will be conducted by either the Security Company in Panama or the Investor if necessary 

E. The Investor will take responsibility to protect the owner of the funds in any circumstances and will also ensure the fund is Invested properly into his country or any country of his choice 

F. The Investor after receiving the fund will take only 20% of the total cash sum Delivered by the Security Company in Panama as his share for assisting in the Delivery of the fund and likely Invest only 80% for our family for a Period of 20Years

G. The Investor will manage and Invest the fund for 20Years and after the duration of 20Year agreed the Investor will transfer the total sum of US$200,000,000 back to my son ( Thompson Pálsdóttir) 

H. My son will stand to receive the funds in the eventuality of Death or on forseen circumstance and the Investor will also take full custody of the fund for 20Years and will be return back to our family in 2036.
I. The Investor and the Security Company will co-operate to make proper agreement to find a country which will be safe to fly the Cash and the Security Company will fly the Cash with their Leased Private Jet to destination / country agreed between both parties ( Investor / Receiver – Security Company )

J. The owner of the fund Mrs. Anna Sigurlaung Palsdorttir and his Son Mr. Thompson Sigurlaung (Age 21) will provide the Investor all Documentations such as Deposit Certificate of Cash Boxes ,Insurance Covering the Cash Boxes and Diamond  and also a Proof of the funds by sending a Picture for one (1) of the Boxes to confirm and show the Investor the Contents of the Boxes ( this will be Confidential between Investor and Fund Owner )


AGREED Commission on the entire amount of the Deposited Cash total US$250,000,000 Deposited in the 14 Trunk Boxes and the Investor will receive the total Cash in the Boxes from Panama and also take only 20% commission worth US$50,000,000 from the fund  and Invest the balance of US$200,000,000 to the Beneficiary family stated on agreement - IMFPA notarized . The Diamond Box will remain with the Investor for safe keeping only.
