Since I hardly know any foreigner,I am only contacting you as a foreigner to stand and apply as his next of kin because this money can not be approved to a local person here as his next of kin,without valid international foreign passport,I am also contacting you because of the similarity of names which you have with the account owner as this will make it easier for you to stand in as the next of kin,
