I'm glad to note in your mail that the Property is still available; I am genuinely interested to buy the property and i want to respectfully ask you to remove the advert from the internet platform. Only if this is possible for you. Howbeit, i am not living in Germany presently, as to enable me come for a personal inspection of the Property before paying for it. At the time, I am stationed in Iraq, although i want to relocate to Germany in the near future, which is why i desire to buy the Property from you. 

And please, beside the issue of buying the Property I also have another important matter, which i would like to discuss with you in what follows:

Red-Cross. I wanted to go at sixteen but my late father told me to wait until I was eighteen. After an Honorable Discharge from high school, I signed up for the Red-Cross. In August 1980 I was called into the First Aid training Center of the British Red Cross, UK Office, 44 Moorfields, London EC2Y 9AL

The International Committee for the Red Cross (ICRC) Iraq was bombed in October 27, 2003. After the bomb incident, I got attached with The Italian Red Cross operating a field hospital in a tent near the former International Committee for the Red Cross (ICRC) offices but moved in late October to the more secure Medical City location.
In past August, one of the British Soldiers approached me one day and gave me a safe containing approximately 18.9million Us dollars, and asked me to keep it safe, and that he would be back in 3 days to pick it up. However, he did not come back after the three days. When I waited for a week and he did not come, I enquired after him and was told that he was killed by automatic weapons fire in a shooting while traveling in a vehicle.


My sincere intention in writing you is to gain your kind permission and acceptance to receive the money on my behalf in your country and also make investment with it. For your permission and acceptance, I will give you a commission as well as buy the Property from you.

I quite understand how you will feel as a total stranger to me,how do i want to entrust such amount of money in your care.My answer to that is that,at times certain precarious situations can make a person to trust on a total stranger.I am a Christian,i have not cheated any body all my life as a Red Cross,i believe you will not see this as an opportunity to swindle the money out of me. I also apologise for my late replies to your mails.Like i have always said,i am not an idle man to seat down one place and start waiting for your mail,i came in not quite long from a field work outside the city of badgdad,about eighty kilometres from the city.


It is not easy to take care of the dead,wounded and sick soldiers,the situation is so bad that i can't even wish my worst enemy to experience what we see here every day.


I am not going to convince you concerning this transaction,your instinct is suppose to tell you if i am honest or not,i have genuinely told you all the truth about my life,and again the true position of my current state.Iraq is terrible,most especially with the incessant bombing attack,which is why i want to buy the property from you and relocate with my family very urgently.


The arrangement i have made concerning the extraction of the 18.9 million US dollars from Iraq to Germany,is that i have contacted a Diplomat who will assist us throughout the period that the money will be on transit.


Every week,a red cross Air Plane takes off from Iraq to Spain to carry relief items back to Iraq,the box containing the money will be sent through the Red Cross Air Plane as a diplomatic parcel containing your personal belongings.


When the box arrives in Spain,the Diplomat will receive the box on our behalf thereafter,he will fly it to you in Germany,in the course of this transaction,i will give you the private telephone number of the Diplomat as well as his e-mail address so that you can contact him and give him your address where he will deliver the box to.You will equally give him the nearest Air port to your city.


Though the Diplomat is always very busy,but i will try as much as possible to  beg him to spear out a little time to bring the box to you in Germany.You will equally assist in begging him to do that.
