Die Mails laufen also bei Google inline und eine genaue Herkunft der Mails ist deshalb nicht festzustellen.
Beim Versenden der Massenmail vom Eingangsbeitrag ist Chicken George wohl ein Fehler unterlaufen und/oder er hat nicht aufgepasst.  Zwinkernd
