Although you are doing this, you are also assisting humanity; 30% of whatever amount is sent to you will be yours, and you will keep it for running expenses.
Then you will be able to give the balance to the poor and needy in your area, according to your discretion. The same thing happens to the clothing. When you finish the first phase, more donations will keep coming. The poorer people you find, the better. If you can look around in neighboring cities and states to see more homeless and helpless people, that's fine.
