Sorry I was unable to write you on time due to the war and all we are hearing here are the sounds of gun fires, jet fighters and onslaught everywhere that prevented me from having access to internet. I have to sneak out and go for a long distance before I can have access to internet because of the importance of this transaction. Sending an email regularly to you is a big risk because I might get killed or ran into Isis, so I am always be very careful not to lose my life and dampen the hope of my family. I must firstly commend you once more for your desire to support in receiving our funds on behalf of my family. I will appreciate your sincerity concern over this fund.
 
I appreciated the fact that you and you are trying to be very careful regarding this my hard-earned money, which is very important. I want you understand that at my stage and age I do not see why we should lie or cheat people, I want to let you know that I lie not. I'm a man of integrity. I'm a leader. People are looking unto me. My brother, Aleppo, an ancient city here in Syria, has been brought down to its knees, my house was destroyed in this war and so were my other valuables, like my international passport/ driver’s license, including one of my sons ,when my house was destroyed in the war. I and my family left there with nothing, but God/Allah almighty is great for his love and mercies.
 
Presently I am in Arak (Arabic: آراك‎, also spelled Urak or Araq) , where I am hiding , is a village in eastern Syria, administratively part of the Homs Governorate. It is situated on an oasis in the Syrian Desert along the road between Palmyra which is 28 kilometers to the southwest and al-Sukhnah to the northeast, presently it is under the control of the Islamic state, I do not use , WhatsApp , I don't have a telephone line at the moment cause mine property and my telephone line was all destroyed during the war which is still ongoing, Most part of Syria is without electricity, water, health care facility and telephone line etc and communication is a bit difficult ,I would have love to call you and talk with you so that we can have a heart to heart discussion regarding this my hard-earned money transfer that is about to wire into your nominated bank account in your country , but due to all outlet in the area was destroyed by the war and I have to sneak out and go to one remote area where am having access to internet with a local desktop because of the importance of this transfer.
 
I have no doubt in my mind that you must be a honest person and after praying the spirit of God/Allah directed me to partner with you in this endeavor. I only got your contact from the Internet, when I was searching for foreigners contact address, where I can send this compassionate proposal, I did not know you in person, its only God/Allah that brought us together to assist us.
 
However, let me inform you that this business will be handled within the ambit of the law as everything will be legally done so there is nothing to worry about and I must tell you that we will have a legal business agreement which will be drafted by my humble self, which both of us shall sign and it will be a legal working document between us.
 
Sir, let me use this medium to clarify to you that the war here in Syria is so intense and have virtually destroyed the economy of Syria and as well a lot of financial institutions have closed business due to the ravaging effect of the war which have destroyed many properties etc.
 
I will be very happy to partner with you, for me to invest the said fund in your country , if you have a vase experience in many business connections ,as that will help us to have the said fund invested wisely in your country and I will like the said fund to be invested into Real Estate, Oil & Energy Industries, Hospital & Health Care Industry, if you also have a solid background and idea of making good profit in any of those mentioned business sectors in your country, please advise me for possible businesses where the said fund is to be invested in your country when our funds is transfer into your account.
 
The total amount due for investment is ( US$18,500,000,00 Million US Dollars Only). You shall be entitled to 20% of the said fund for your assistance and 10% of the annual income after investment will be your commission and compensation for investment, while 5% will be mapped out for any expenses made during the transfer of the fund to your custody and the remaining 75% will be for my humble self.
 
Sir, you are required to send to me, a scan copy of your international passport or national identification proof for me to know who I am dealing with as my partner. We need to build a mutual trust and understanding in this matter.
 
On receipt of the above information from you and acceptance of the above listed percentage, I will prepare the draft copy of INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP TRUSTEE AGREEMENT/(MOU), between the two parties, which must be signed, parties involved before the said fund will be transfers into your designated bank account in your country.

Frankly speaking from the bottom of my heart, my only fear is falling into the wrong hands thereby losing my hard-earned money after the fund is in your possession. I trust that you will work with me in truth and in spirit keeping your end of the agreement. This is all I have, and it is my life’s work, I am about to entrust it into your hands. I will appreciate if you give me the assurance in your next mail that I can trust you the more that you will invest the said fund wisely until I and my family will come to your country to meet with you, because here in Syria things are not getting better.
 
Sir, as a result of the war nothing is working here in Syria and my family cannot freely leave Syria until this transaction is completed then you will now help us to escape from Syria which I shall give you further details as soon as the business is completed.
 
Honestly, all arrangements for the successful transfer of the fund into your account is already in place but my only worry is the security and safety of the funds once transferred into your account, because the institution/bank has written to me to step forward for claims or rather issue a letter of authorization to somebody to receive the fund on my behalf since I cannot come, due to I trapped in the middle of the war, I cannot handle this on my own now and that is why I am entrusting it under your care ,So I need your strong assurance on this Note.
 
Sir, before I forget, please I am sorry if I invaded your privacy but I meant no harm, it is out of desperation and expediency based on the situation in this lovely country right now and I and my family needs a better life and someone I can trust to partner with me and invest this fund on my behalf according to our agreed terms and I am of the believe that your years of experience will be a plus if we agree to work together. Please for security reason all further communication between us should be through this Email address.
 
Always do pray for my family because we are trapped in the middle of the war, I have lost my first son few months ago. I pray my family will be out of here alive.  Syria has been destroyed by ISIL and government troops.  I pray one day we shall be out of this turmoil. Always pray for us.
