Vorgeschichte: 
Mein Arbeitgeber erhielt von Herrn Watari Benson [Nigeria] eine e-mail, ein Angebot für seine Produkte abzugeben. 
Dieses Angebot habe ich geschrieben (in Englisch).
Daraufhin erhielt mein Arbeitgeber u.a. die nachfolgende e-mail, die ich an mich selber weitergeleitet habe um sie hier posten zu können. 
Erst im Anhang A4 = Seite 5 der PDF-Datei - siehe Anhang - wird
eine Bieter Gebühr (Tender Processing Fee) von US$ 1,250.00 erwähnt.
Könnte es sich um ein Thema für die Rubrik "Waren- und Scheckbetrug.....sonstige Geldgeschäfte" handeln ??

I have seen the mail and the price from your principal company (xxxxx, Germany). The prices of FFP2 masks (xxx) is good and is within our price target.

As you know, this is not a private order. This is a government contract, which involves Contract Tendering and Bidding processes.

I have attached the Tender Application & Submission Document to this mail, which you are expected to forward to your principal company (xxxxx, Germany)

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
xxxxx, Germany requested to study the document, print out the forms and fill the forms (A3 & A4) appropriately and submit with all the requested documents. All documents must be submitted in CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES in a SEALED ENVELOP and by HAND. Electronic Submission Is NOT Allowed.

• xxxxx, Germany will prepare Commercial Proforma Invoice covering 20,000,000 Pieces of FFP2 masks
• Evidence Of Company Registration of PRINTEX Medical in Germany
• Dully completed Forms (A3 & A4) - attached to this mail.
• Globally Recognized CE Certifications / ISO issued to xxxxx, Germany
• Capability Letter prepared with your official letter headed paper and addressed to:
The Contract Tender Board,
Adamawa State Urban Planning & Development Authority (ASUPDA)
Adamawa State Government House, Yola, Adamawa State, Nigeria

This means, xxxxx, Germany will have to scan and send the documents so that the documents will be printed out and taken them to the Federal High Court, Yola, Adamawa and certify them as Certified True copies before putting them in envelop and submitting them.

NOTE: The submission of the tender documents ends on Thursday July 8, 2021. You are expected to have submitted the complete Tender Documents on or before Thursday July 8, 2021.
