Thanks for your response and all you have told me which i understood
very well,  I want you to understand that since we got this money here
in Libya, Whom to trust and use as my foreign partner to shift the
money to, has been the main thing bothering me a lot and my assignment
here does not permit me to leave this country until the contract of
training is completed else i would have loved to first visit you to
meet ourselves face to face,,  But because i noticed God decided to
settle me and few others of my comrades from this military work this
way, i have no other option than to trust some one like you , but be
aware that on shifting the money to you,your bank account will not be
needed because it will be done in a diplomatic way by the company
where the fund is presently being, And If you will later marry me,I am
promising to be total submissive to you till the end of my life, But
on business partner,i will also be kind and obey you but will marry to
another man that may come into my life when i have been there,  It was
on one early morning rescue mission we went through a tick forest here
in Tripoli,Libya that we came across a huge amount of US Dollar loaded
in 4 different big trunk boxes which we believed it was meant for
buying weapons during the war by the former government of Libya, So we
carried all and agreed among us that were present there to share the
money to ourselves which we did, Now ,

Out of the total fund we shared, my own share was $10,450,000 (Ten
Million Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand united states Dollar only ) So
i want you to secure the money out of this country ( Libya ) to your
own country or other peaceful country preferred by you and where we
can invest latter without losing the money,when you receive it,you
keep it safe on my behalf till i come over there.

The delivery is going to be handled legally by "ALLIANZ GLOBAL AND
COURIER SERVICE COMPANY" and there will be no form of risk involve in
the process as the money has been packed safely in a trunk case and
the same case will be delivered to you . I have decided to compensate
you with 30% of the total amount once after the money is delivered to
you, while the rest balance shall be for my investment capital, but if
truly we get married to each other or under business partner,we two
will manage the fund together. One passionate appeal I will make to
you again is not to discuss this matter to any third party, if you do
not want to marry me or to be party to this business, please delete
this letter from your email box to avoid any leakage of this
information because it will be dangerous to me based on my position
here.

I have chosen to contact you after my prayers and I believe that you
will not betray my trust nor thwart my dream, though you may wonder
why I am so soon revealing myself to you about money without having
known each other so long, well, I will say that my mind convinced me
that you are the rightful person to help me in receiving and investing
this Fund wisely. Now I have a very short time to complete my
assignment here and that is what prompted me to search out for a
lovely trust worthy person that will help me receive and invest the
Fund, because once i complete my assignment here,i will return to
USA,my
country to resign officially from military work and have all my salary
that has been paying into my account there and move to meet with you
not as a military any more but a civilian, even my parent are late and
my only sister got married to Ethiopian citizen,so i have no reason
going back to live permanent in my country again,

But during the deposit of the box of money to the company here,Because
we are not allowed to handle cash in this army camp,it was a very good
friend here being a diplomat and a citizen of this country that helped
me deposited the cash box to the security company but was
unfortunately killed by bomb blast here few months ago, but before we
deposited the box of money, 5,850 USD was removed from the cash which
4,850 dollars was used to pay the company for their service
charge,their diplomat/courier service agent air ticket for delivering
the consignment box in any country of my choice and his hotel
reservation because i made the company to understand that i will soon
ask them to shift the consignment box out of Libya, while the diplomat
collected 1000 dollar for helping me,all 5,850 US Dollar, so i am
telling you that money needed for the services charges from Libya to
Lome Togo has already been paid,i don,t know if there will be other charges
but if there are little charges please assist me.

I hope my explanation is very clear dear ?, but if you need further
clarification just let me know and i will explain further, I want to
let you know that here in the military zone we are not allowed to make
use of mobile phone, we only make use of Radio message and email
communication, so please let us continue communicating through email
for the mean time. I wish you will send another message of assurance
and acceptance to this proposals  for us to move ahead for the process
on delivering the cash box to you,I wait for your fast response my
