refugeecamp at ther moment as resurlt  of civil war going in my country Libia

This is my five yeals plus here now in de refugee
camp here now in the republic of  Togo lome here in west africa, my late father was a formal  comand in the libia army,in the militry in my country libia, one moning the rebels attak my house and kill my both perents in cold blood, why i was in the univercity in my country libia in the first year in the univercity , so i was finaly help by the red cross socierty that help to cross me lome togo were am residing now as a refugee,

Please my dear i need you to be my friend and my nills family and my everyting and all, because my uncles that supposed to help me, they want and sold my father house at bengazy, and they were looking for me everywere to take away  the reasonable documents that my late father handed over to me before he died, i pray and fast for to GOD to leed me to a good and  GOD fearine person that can assist me to recieve my inheritance from the finnace firm of scotland(i meen in the scotlandbank) my late father deposited sum huge amount of money with my name as the next of kim, Amount 7 .6 Million Us Dollars , Fifften Millions Six hundred thousand Us Dollars with the Royal Bank of Scotland United Kingdon.

Which i have contact the bank in scotland previously , and the bank maneger My Oxford Kent advice me and promise to help, to make sure that i recieve my inheritance with out many ears to hear, and Mr Oxford kent advice me to look for a good FORIEN PARNER  that can assist me reciece my inheritance from there bank custody because of my refugee status i can Not  do anyting on my own because of my staus.
