this amount of US$9,500,000.00 is an aggregate of monies from
different bank accounts which have remained dormant and unoperated in
different banks in different parts of my country for about 10
years.usually our CENTRAL BANK do mop up these type of funds and
place them in a suspense account and our government policy is to give
this type of money to reputable NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS in our
country to be used to provide water and electricity to needy
communities.
right now the government officials in charge of this want to allocate
the money for this quarter to themselves and wire the money
abroad.this is by asking the local NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION to
introduce you to the bank as their foreign partners who will manage
the funds abroad for this purpose of importing to Ghana the water
borehole drilling machines and electricity generating plants..in this
way the funds be wired in your name to your destination and we come
over and share it.
after we build trust and make all the necessary documentation the
funds will be wired to your account and should be shared 30% to you
and 70% to us.note that we shall subsequently buy and ship to Ghana
water borehole drilling machines and electricity generating plants
from abroad so it will be a win win out come for all.about
US$100,000.00 shall be ok for this.the total sum of US$9,500,000.00
is way too much for the project .that is the business for us.hope you
understand?.
