First I want you to read this mail and abide by the rules and regulation governing your compensation fund. This morning United Nation Secretary, British Government, American Government In Conjunction with World Bank and ECOWAS Chairman sent their representatives in Nigeria concerning your compensation fund which you has been fighting for over two year now without any help or improve to received this fund.
 
Today the Nigeria President in person of Dr. Jonathan Goodluck and Minister of Finance with all members of house of representative had a meeting with United Nation Secretary, British Government, American Government In Conjunction with World Bank and ECOWAS Chairman representatives which held in Abuja.
 
Your payment file was submitted before them and they went through it and find out that the problem is from you that is why you are unable to receive your compensation fund. This compensation fund was approved by the Nigerian Government, United Nation Secretary, British Government, American Government In Conjunction with World Bank and ECOWAS Chairman, but you do not have their approved certificate or letter of administration showing that you are the bonafide beneficiary to inherit this fund.
 
You have chance to receive your fund if you wish to have your fund in your account within 48 hours or ATM CARD. You have to respond back to me with all approval certificates of letters of administration from Nigerian Government, United Nation Secretary, British Government, American Government In Conjunction with World Bank and ECOWAS Chairman, before this compensation fund that worth Ten Million Eight Hundred Thousand United State Dollars ($10,800,000,000.00) can reflect into your account or send to you via ATM CARD.
 
If you do not have all the approval certificates or letters of Administration let me no so that I will direct you how best to obtain it without any delay so that you will receive your fund in any choice you choose to receive your fund.
