.. die Einladung, was soll das sein? Das ist vollkommener Rubish und nur für den Mülleimer zu gebrauchen.
Damit bekommt sie niemals ein Visum.

Die Einladung oder besser Verpflichtungserklärung muß der Einladende beim Ausländeramt beantragen. Dabei ist folgendes vorzulegen:

Name und Wohnort des Reisenden und seine Paßnummer.

Der Einladende muß seinen Mietvertrag oder den Nachweis von Wohneigentum vorlegen, 
die letzte Gehaltsabrechnung (oder bei selbständigen ein Testat vom Steuerberater).

Die Verpflichtungserklärung, die übrigens in jedem Bundesland anders aussieht, wird direkt von der Ausländerbehörde ausgefüllt.
Man kann selber keine Eintragungen machen.
Ein Formular blanko wird nicht ausgehändigt.
Selbstverständlich hat alles in deutscher Sprache zu erfolgen.

Die Verpflichtungserklärung muß dann per Post dem Einzuladenden zugestellt werden. Ein E-Mail-Anhang oder Kopie wird nicht anerkannt.
Mit dieser Verpflichtungserklärung kann der Reisende dann das Visum beantragen.

Ich weiß nicht, was die mit dieser Einladung bezwecken wollen, auf jeden Fall ist das so nicht brauchbar.

Ich würde das Formular vom Scammer mit einem nicht realen Namen und falscher Adresse ausfüllen.

Dass sie den Pass so schnell bekommen will, ist durchaus im Bereich des Möglichen, aber deutlich teurer, als bei normaler Beantragung.

Gib ihr mal einen Termin, damit sie den Flug buchen kann. Dann soll sie Dir mal alle Daten zukommen lassen.
