A very good day to you Dear xxxxxx!!!
So sorry i could not write you yesterday and that's why i have left some work on my desk to take time out to write you now.  Its about 12 midday here now.
Yes, i understand how it feels to have to stay away from your son for a long time at least for the first time ever. It is not really easy i know especially as an only child. I felt same way when i had to send Janet to school in UK. Its painful but it was a decision i took in the interest of her future which is important to me. The moral standards in American schools is not very good and i want my daughter to grow into a responsible woman. Janet will be 16 in June and sometimes i miss her so much that i think i will just withdraw her back to Vegas soon............. but no, i will let her be for her future sake. I was in London last December with her and i hope to go visit her again soon. I am currently pursuing a contract in New York and hopefully, if i am able to get that contract, it will mean good money for me. I am planning to visit Janet again as soon as i am through with that project...this should be in about 2 months or so.

Yes, i work on Saturdays though usually, i close much earlier. You know in my job as an architectural engineer, I help create efficient buildings and building systems. We often work on projects with other professionals, including construction workers and core architects.
Mostly, as an architectural engineer, i apply mathematical and scientific principles to building design, concentrating on structural demands and
functionality while taking into account economic and safety factors. We may design systems within a building pertaining to, for instance, heating and air
conditioning, lighting and plumbing. I need to be able to diagram designs manually as well as through computer-aided drafting (CAD). Basically among other
things, we ensure the structural integrity of buildings. The design and analysis of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems.
The efficiency and design of plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems.
We also ensure accuracy of acoustic and lighting planning, and energy conservation issues.  Since we often work in teams, good communication skills are also necessary. As an Architectural engineer, one must also be comfortable in different work environments, often dividing my time between office and construction sites.
Dear xxxxxxx, like i told you before, distance is not a problem to our relationship. One can always travel and why not, one can always relocate. If a man and a woman like each other and feel they want to be together, it can always be worked out. Like they say, when there is the will, there is always a way. I have waited this long to begin to search for a woman because i do not want to make any mistakes in falling in love with the wrong woman. I think that if its the will of God that we be together, we can work it out with time. Now Dear xxxxx, i want to tell you a little more about myself.

I am your typical Vegas country boy, though my family roots are in South America cause my Paternal grandfather was from Costa Rica.
     With all modesty, i think I'm an intelligent, honest, well-read, thoughtful and spontaneous gentleman who's financially secure and sometimes (when in the right mood) can be a good conversationalist. Although i may not pass for a great talker but can be fun to be with.
Physically, I'm tall (really 6'1"), broad-shouldered, active, healthy and in shape but not a slave to the gym. As  a matter of facts, gym is no longer a routine for me.......i do some, not most times.  Sometimes, I'm a dreamer, yet very practical; fun-loving, yet mature and sensible, self-confident but not arrogant. Loyal to (and protective of) long-time friends and family.
I value openness, honesty, character and don't believe in playing games. I'll always tell you how I feel and would like you to do the same. Open and honest communication is the key in any relationship.
       Travel and exploration are an inspiration: I'd love to visit Sweden, Japan, Australia...and more...at some point in the future.
Well, really to you, i'd like to be more than just a Facebook friend.
       Music is an integral part of my life - big fan of Springsteen, Whitney Houston (RIP) Leonard Cohen, Louis Armstrong, R.E.M., Motown, Sinatra, Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Lucinda Williams, and most of all...my old ole country pal Don Williams.
      Some of the traits and qualities I'm looking for in a partner is a woman who is sensitive, creative, spontaneous, romantic, intellectual yet down-to-earth woman who is intelligent, communicative,  warm-hearted and most of all, very caring. Someone who enjoys travel, (though most times these days, i am tied down by work and can't really travel as mush as i would love to) concerts, museums, and dining out (or dining in) as well as quiet times enjoying books and listening to music. Someone who enjoys just about any decent way of catching fun but must always realize that work and play or fun must have their separate times and places in our lives. I like working hard as its the only assurance of a secure and stable financial life. My ideal woman does not have to be a beauty queen..........the inner beauty and maturity appeals more to me......Well xxxxx, i think you have most if not all of these qualities. At least i know from your writing that you certainly have a deep rich soul and i am happy about this.
  Janet is my only child from my marriage to my ex wife Janet ( Yes my daughter bears same name with her mother ) .....well, maybe someday, i will be able to tell you the story of my life with Janet. I may also be able to tell you why i have a special kind of likeness for German Women.
Well Stef, i think there certainly will be much more to share with each other. I remain positive while i look forward to your email and further fruitful correspondence with you and just wishing i could know right now where this new friendship will lead to. One is not getting any younger and who wants to grow old all alone and lonely......... i do not.
