I'm sorry that I haven't emailed you the past couple of days.The reason is that I am very sick at the moment.The place that I am working is full of mosquitoes and they are really biting me so much here.Also the water here is bad.I have been diagnosed with malaria fever and typhoid fever.I just wanted you to know that I am finding it difficult getting the proper treatment that I need now darling.I really would love you to help me.
I can't eat and I'm getting so weak from dehydration.If I don't get the treatment I need the sickness will be getting worse.I know you must have been so worried when you didn't get an email from me so this is the reason I am sending you this email now.The doctors said that I need to be give some shots so that I can get better again.All I need now is for you to help me get the treatment that I need.I hope you do understand all that I have been saying here.I will be waiting to hear from you.
