Wie kann das sein, dass wenn man dieselbe IP Nummer bei verschiedenen Websites eingibt, 
oftmals ganz andere Locals erhält? Z.B:

Den Typen von Badoo hab ich das mal gemeldet, aber die scheinen sich nicht für Scammer zu interessieren. 
Die Profile wurden jedenfalls nicht gelöscht - wie man sieht.

Weiss hier jemand, ob man z.B. ein Handy oder ein Laptop anhand der Seriennummer des Gerätes ausfindig machen kann, 
also den Standort lokalisieren???
