We have been mandated to release your funds totalling to the sum of $9,700,000:00 (Nine Million Seven Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) held in trust with Thomas Wood and Associate as a financial portfolio managers and international financial consultants.
Note that Captain Neil Button made a placement deposit through us. The funds brought in came with a photo catalyst strip on each note. This is a security feature which makes the fund un-spendable.
Due to this reason the fund received has been moved to the Security and Exchange Commission for mandatory conversion and clearance. We have taken a step further by initiating our paying bank to setup an E-transit account in your name pending the mandatory conversion and clearance from the Security and Exchange Commission.
Once the mandatory conversion and clearance is completed an International Clean Report of Fund Certificate/Tax ID will be issued and the holding bank will immediately activate your E-transit account and then further credit your nominated bank account.
We have a procedure which we follow when releasing funds held in trust/suspense account. You will be required to provide the following stated below
1. Fill the transfer form attached and return.
2. A letter of authorization, authorizing Thomas Wood and Associate to release and represent you in the fund transfer to your account designate
3. Your identification (Int'l Passport or Driver License).
4. International Clean Report of Fund/Tax ID.
As required by Financial Services Authority, due to the volume of the transaction, Beneficiaries are expected to establish their legal status in compliance with Financial Services and Market Act 2000, which provides they produce clearance certificate from Financial Services Authority (FSA) and clearance certificate from Inland Revenue.
After presentation of the relevant documents and performance of the signing ceremony, the funds will be wired into your designated bank account. 
You are hereby advised that the sum of £27,160.00 (Twenty Seven Thousand, One Hundred and Sixty Great British Pounds Only) is needed to cover International Clean Report of Fund/Tax ID charges. For further information and clarification contact us directly on Tel:  +44 795 525 8663/ +44 704 576 9387.
