3. Mail Hello xxx in Ghana the Government is now issuing the National ID card, and they are still working on it, so nobody in Ghana has a nationa identification card and number. Yes, nobody!!!!
Secondly, i do not have a health insurance, so they would not give me a health insurance card.
The only form of identification now that everybody can have is the Voter's Identification card.
Wolfgang my darling, please there is no other ID card in Ghana that i can get. You know that i have done everything i can to get you this ID which is the only ID that is issued in Ghana right now. There is nothing more.
My dear, if you really love me and you want me to be with you in Germany, then you must insist to send me your own money because they are crazy with what they are doing now. Yes, they are crazy because this ID card is accepted everywhere in Ghana. If i must apply for a passport, the voter's ID is accepted as a form identification to give a passport, so why must those people reject it??? it is really crazy.
Please go to another WU office in different and insist that you want to send me money, don't listen to any crazy things from them. Or you can still use Moneygram, ifyou really love me and want me to come to Germany.
I love you and i want to be with you, that is why i have done everything to get you the ID card.

Mail my dear xxx please don't you think the WU guys are just crazy and trying to ruin me and you??? yes, i think so, because this is the form identification in Ghana, from a very long time, until they introduced the national health insurance scheme NHIS which also provides a form ID. also the other form of identification is a driver's license, but i do not have any of that. i do not drive, so i cannot get a driver's license, also i do not have NHIS, so the only form of id for me is the Voter's ID, which is in use since Ghana had independence. and this my mother has helped me to get it. it was not possible to do this before.

The best thing for you to do is to send the money to my name via moneyGRam or go to another WU.
otherwise, you can also send to my mother's name and address or to my uncle's name and address. they will both take the money and give to me with no problems. I just talked to the moneygram guys around here, and they say it is possible to send me using Voter's ID because that is what we use here in Ghana, now. until the national ID is out.
