I write you so late cause we had Christmas as you can understand on 7th of January and have a rest 3 days:)) It was great!!
We were in my granny home and as usual prepared only lenten, we have fish with mustard in grain with white pepper, also roasted mushrooms with onion, potatoes with oil and dill, buckwheat porridge with other king of mushroom, pie with cherry and nuts, yzvar(it's drink from dried fruit - compote) and of course 'kutya'. We ate and speak, of course watch some movies and concerts=)
Early in the morning we went with my granny to church you know that she is very religions and as she is old, we always go with her. It was hard to wake up in the morning, but it was great to go by white snow, looked how sun only begin to appeared and also to feel frond on cheeks:)) i like winter, as you remember, but when is not very cold and no wind. then we return and about 1 p.m. we had festive dinner with different fishes, meat and chicken. It was great especially my granny's pancakes with salmon, and sweets with amazing apple jam!! if you only can try!!
Oh, i'll stop to tell you about food, you could thing that i'm crazy about it, but not!! i only like to cook as you know and hope that you was tired to hear about it.
Next 2 days i was lazy girl, help my mother and watch TV.
I began to tell you about food again, it's ok. So, in other we have cold weather -10-15!!
