SALES PROCEDURES PURCHASE:

Buyers or any of his  representative expected to come down to any of our seller locations either GHANA-Accra,  GUINEA-Conakry, for a face to face meeting with any of our source sellers also, to witness or take part for an inspection of the consignment, witness 1st Assaying control ,analysis test from a secure Geological Survey Department f the Ministry Buyers will  bond or bear all full responsibility of exportation documentations and shipping. Before buyer will meet with the direct source seller, the source seller will provide or make available the following proof documents to the buyers: Final FCO Offer, Proforma Invoice, Bank Custody Safe Confirmation Receipt, Diamond Manifest and Price List and draft copy (SPA) agreement for buyer review before both parties signed.
