So sorry that you never hard from me over since..well is not my faulty not to write or reply to your mails,am not fell well but i hope you are doing better better abd okay there,sorry to ask this if you can help please let me know if not don't get mad at me as i needed this so urgently.

I have been hospital for the past two weeks and according to the doctor i have 'APPENDIX' this happen out of depress and not having a good sleep and not eating too properly so i has been infected with Digestion Disease call 'APPENDIX' this mean,a closed-ended, narrow tube up to several inches in length that attaches to the cecum (the first part of the colon) like a worm. (The anatomical name for the appendix, vermiform appendix, means worm-like appendage.) The inner lining of the appendix produces a small amount of mucus that flows through the open center of the appendix and into the cecum. 
 
Well am only into Air-flight and hospitality world and don't know much about Doctor's and their work and so he will be in a better position to explain this more to you,but most importantly is that i needs to go through an operation which according to the doctor is going to cost me 800EUROS,but the company is going to help me with 300EUROS for me to go through this operation successfully,but i don't know where am going to get the rest of the 500EUROS to paid,for now i don't anybody you are the one i know. 
 
I am sending after receiving this mail try and rise that amount of 500EUROS which is to be send for my operation ASAP,because this is very urgent am waiting for the payment information to enable to go through this operation,doctor well explain and tell you more about it when everything is successful. 
 
You can send money to the information of the doctor's address to that he well know what is going on as i have already explain this to him.Since you know am weak and can't go to the bank to pick it up here the address ;

Was schreibt der Kerl nur für einen Schwachsinn! Appendix ist der Blinddarm und dass man diesen hat, ist physiologisch. Sollte dieser Teil des Darmes krank sein, dann heißt das korrekt auf Englisch: appendicitis (auf gut Deutsch: Blinddarmentzündung!

Is early here so i must say good morning,am still in the hospital bed,well the only way to do this is to visit any money gram or western union money transfer bank it is a worldwide money transfer,you give them the money and they will ask for where you are sending it to meaning the country which is Ghana-Accra just as the address i gave you early,there you well be given a text question with answer and also some number which you will be given to me as information..so that the doctor can redrawn it here...hope you understand// some website   www.westernunion.com  or moneygram.com   this well help you in some way too..waiting.take care

Please not this time and not again,my health is in bad Sharp and also in a very critical condition,time is running out on me so please stop playing games with me ok,if you can't help just let me know so that if i can relay on drugs until God never willing i pass away,am in a Hospitel bed and also having insult why is it this way?Please if you will give to me the correct information do it and stop putting me into shame,if possible scan the receipt and send to me and also include your phone number so that i call to verify;the name you use while sending it and most important is the (MTCN)number.all the two are incorrect...if you don't want to send me the right number then please don't bother yourself becos this is hurting me,when i recieve insults..kiss from my sick bed.
