Today, I want to show you that I am being completely honest with you.
I requested a copy of the certificate showing that the total cost of my trip to you is $3200.

I never regretted giving up many pleasures and comforts to make that dream possible.
But now I am truly desperate because all those years of sacrifice could end up being for nothing.
Please, I am begging you to help me.
Once everything has been fully paid, I will have no problems completing the process and coming to you.
The certificate confirms that:
— I have no outstanding debts. The Central Bank of Kyrgyzstan has confirmed that I have no debts.
— I have no criminal record. The relevant police authorities in Kyrgyzstan have confirmed that
I have no problems with the law.
— I have no outstanding tax obligations. The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan has confirmed that
I have no tax debts.
— I have no health problems. I underwent a full medical examination and was confirmed to have
no illnesses that would prevent me from traveling.
The document package also includes my passport, visa, insurance, plane ticket, and an immigrant voucher.
As I have already explained to you, the immigrant voucher is the most expensive part of the entire
document package. I was told that it is required by your government as a guarantee while
I am staying in your country.
I also sent you a copy of my passport in my previous messages.
My visa and insurance will only be issued after the full cost of the documents has been paid.
The money for my plane ticket has already been set aside from this amount.
I will be given the exact departure date only after the full payment has been made and
my visa has been issued.
I truly hope that after seeing all this, you will believe me. I am not trying to deceive you
or hide anything from you. I have already invested so much of my savings,
time, and hope into making this happen.
Please help me. I don't want everything I have worked and saved for over the years to be lost now,
when I am so close to finally achieving my dream.
