i spent my day doing a big clean-up at home. went through my closets and got rid of things i don’t really need. tomorrow i’m planning to donate some clothes that i’ve only worn a couple of times.

last time i forgot to tell you about my appearance. i’m 165 cm tall, with chestnut brown hair and gray blue eyes. my most distinctive feature is my freckles. in summer there are so many on my face!
i used to be a bit shy about them, but now i love myself the way i am. i smile a lot. i try not to be sad. that’s something my mom taught me. she’s no longer with us, but her warmth is always in my heart.
right now, i live with my aunt and uncle. i’d say i have a fairly athletic build  i - walk a lot, swim once a week (i absolutely love swimming!), and do aerobics.
so… do i fit your type of woman?
as for my work, i really love what i do. i’m an assistant to a plastic surgeon at a cosmetic clinic. we do facial and neck procedures, fillers, that sort of thing (i hope that makes sense to you!).
i work there two days a week, and the rest of the time i freelance as a makeup artist and manicurist at a beauty salon.
yes, i juggle two jobs, but i have a big dream - to open my own clinic one day!
i also try not to forget about volunteering. my friend (she’s a hairdresser) and i often visit nursing homes. i help her with haircuts, but mostly i’m there to talk and listen. those people really need someone to share a conversation with.
by the way, i speak a little english. what languages do you know?

these are my pictures! i was so glad to get your letter. our conversations are becoming more personal, and i see that as a really good sign.
i think it’s important to tell you a few things about my past and my family, so you can understand me better.
my mom had me quite late, at the age of 43. unfortunately, when i was 14, i lost her to cancer.
after that, i was raised by my aunt - my mom’s younger sister, she’s 54 now - and her husband. they don’t have children of their own, so they became like parents to me.
my mom and aunt were quite strict and raised me with traditional values, so i wasn’t spoiled much.
maybe that’s why i’m rather modest by nature, and in real life it’s hard for me to start conversations or make new friends easily.
that’s actually one of the reasons i decided to try meeting someone online it just feels easier and more comfortable for me.
as for my father, i know nothing about him. he was never part of my life.
regarding my personal life, my last serious relationship ended about six months ago. we had lived together for a year and a half.
honestly, it was a painful experience. my ex, to put it mildly, lived at my expense. he didn’t have a job and was always «looking» for one.
i paid for everything, and in the end, i found him with another woman in our apartment in our own bed.
that was a real shock for me, but it’s all in the past now. i’m completely ready for a new relationship, and i have no contact with him whatsoever.
that experience changed the way i see men. i realized i’m not looking for some carefree boy
i want a mature man who knows what he wants in life and in love, someone who isn’t afraid of responsibility and commitment.
i believe the foundation of any real relationship is trust and respect. without those, nothing can truly work especially when distance is involved.
i want to build something strong and lasting.
and i’m really curious what do you think makes a relationship solid between a man and a woman?
what, in your opinion, is the most important «foundation» everything should be built on?
