Hello xxx, how are you?
I hope everything is going well for you. I’m really sorry that our correspondence stopped, but I truly hope you’ll reply to this letter and we can continue talking.
Do you remember that I told you about my hand injury? I needed another operation. 
Unfortunately, here in Turkey I don’t have the right insurance or the right doctors, so I had to return to Ukraine. 
It’s a pity, now a scar will remain on my hand forever… But I’m not discouraged. I’m back in Turkey now, resting, and soon the cast will be removed so I can return to my normal life.
I didn’t want to worry you with my problems. Everything is fine now, and I still hope we can continue getting to know each other.
The situation in Ukraine is very tense. People are scared, the war is close… I’m glad I’m back in Turkey, but sometimes I feel guilty for being here while they are there. 
I don’t understand why someone decided to attack our country and why NATO expansion to the east became so important… We lived peacefully, and now everything is different. I really hope this ends soon.
And I didn’t even notice how autumn arrived. Here it still feels warm and sunny… Summer flew by so fast, and I didn’t manage to visit Neuschwanstein. 
Now I have a new dream to go to Cologne and see the famous cathedral. Have you been there? It must be mesmerizing.
Tell me, how did you spend your summer? What was the most memorable thing for you?
Do you plan to spend a few wonderful days in Turkey… maybe with a beautiful girl?
