full trust and honesty, My name is Cpl. Elinor Joseph, a Christian
Arab from Haifa in Israel,The Tribe of Judah, 28 years old and never
married before, I joined ID F ,Israel Defense some years ago, I am a
combat training in the IDF's Karakal Battalion, I and my soldiers are
those responsible for training new female soldiers in Israel before we

have traveled to few countries for training their Soldiers and now in
Tripoli,Libya,North Africa for another training assignment,

But due to some risk i have passed through in army field and my
assignment with them here will soon be completed, i have decided to
resign from being a military woman after this contract assignment and
get married to build my own happy family, But i have some money which
i am intending to invest outside my country when i have resigned from
duty because i have earlier made a decision not to live in my country
Israel when i resign from Military job, so please i need a sincere and
trustworthy man that will love me and marry me or stand as a business
partner to me and receive the fund for future investment in a
lucrative business and in a country that has peace, The money is
presently deposited under a reliable security company here in Libya ,
So please if you are interested on any of the two, marriage or
business partner, kindly let me know for us to move ahead on planning,

And i want you to understand that since we got this money here in
Libya, Whom to trust and use as my foreign partner to shift the money
to, has been the main thing bothering me a lot and my assignment here
does not permit me to leave this country until the contract of
training is completed else i would have loved to first visit you to

settle me and few others of my comrades from this military work this
way, i have no other option than to trust some one like you , but be
aware that on shifting the money to you,your bank account will not be
needed because it will be done in a diplomatic way by the company
where the fund is presently being, And If you will later marry me,I am
promising to be total submissive to you till the end of my life, But
on business partner,i will also be kind and obey you but will marry to
another man that may come into my life when i have been there,  It was
on one early morning rescue mission we went through a tick forest here
in Tripoli,Libya that we came across a huge amount of US Dollar loaded
in 5 different big trunk boxes which we believed it was meant for
buying weapons during the war by the former government of Libya, So we
carried all and agreed among us that were present there to share the
money to ourselves which we did,

Out of the total fund we shared, my own share was $10,450,000 (Ten
Million Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand united states Dollar only ) So
i want you to secure the money out of this country ( Libya ) to your
own country or other peaceful country preferred by you and where we
can invest latter without losing the money,when you receive it,you
keep it safe on my behalf till i come over there.

The delivery is going to be handled legally by "YANDEX SECURITY AND
DELIVERY SERVICE COMPANY" and there will be no form of risk involve in
the process as the money has been packed safely in a trunk case and
the same case will be delivered to you . I have decided to compensate
you with 25% of the total amount once after the money is delivered to
you, while the rest balance shall be for my investment capital, but if
truly we get married to each other or under business partner,we two
will manage the fund together. One passionate appeal I will make to
you again is not to discuss this matter to any third party, if you do
not want to marry me or to be party to this business, please delete

going back to live permanent in my country again,

But during the deposit of the box of money to the company here,Because
we are not allowed to handle cash in this army camp,it was a very good
friend here being a diplomat and a citizen of this country that helped
me deposited the cash box to the security company but was
unfortunately killed by bomb blast here few months ago, but before we
deposited the box of money, 6,850 USD was removed from the cash which
5,850 dollars was used to pay the company for their service
charge,their diplomat/courier service agent air ticket for delivering
the consignment box in any country of my choice and his hotel
reservation because i made the company to understand that i will soon
ask them to shift the consignment box out of Libya, while the diplomat
collected 1000 dollar for helping me,all 6,850 US Dollar, so i am
telling you that money needed for the services has already been paid,

I hope my explanation is very clear dear ?, but if you need further
clarification just let me know and i will explain further, I want to
let you know that here in the military zone we are not allowed to make
use of mobile phone, we only make use of Radio message and email
communication, so please let us continue communicating through email
for the mean time. I wish you will send another message of assurance
and acceptance to this proposals  for us to move ahead for the process
on delivering the cash box to you,

Attached here is my real picture for you to know whom you are dealing
with, I did not used my real picture in the net to avoid top officials
in military here and Israel recognizing me, and i wish you too will
