I will firstly apologize for my late response, i was sick and could not check my mail. Malaria and typhoid fever struck me down but i am getting better today. I have faith in God that i will not die in this refugee camp no matter what i am passing through here. One with God is a majority. Secondly, thanks for the lovely pictures that you sent to me. I wish you could see yourself through my eyes. If you could, you would see just how handsome you are, and the extraordinary miracle of being you.
I love you dear and i guess, you are working in the ship transportation company. I hope you are doing great in your job. Actually, i have gone through your mail and understand your points clearly. It's obvious that name of Africans in not good in the International community but you have to bear in mind that everyone is not the same. One great philosopher said that a person should be better judged when affairs are exchanged with him.
So don't judge me until you know me. I have seen all the documents but it's quit unfortunate that i lost my birth certificate and other vital documents in the ongoing war in my country, Sudan. Like i told you, i came into this country (Senegal) with the help of United nation rescue team.
So i don't have any passport but i have a refugee camp ID and the death certificates of my late father and statement of account with me. I would have attached them in this email but i don't have money scan them. To scan the three documents requires that i will go to the city with Taxi (thro and fro). If you can help me with any amount including a little feeding money i will go and scan the documents for you. Hunger is my greatest challenge here. The refugee camp authority gives us food once a day, sometime none.
I am tire of staying here and I am desperate to join you over there in Netherlands. Listen, before i found you in the site, i pray to God to give me somebody that will not run away with my money. So, hoping in God that you will never let me down now and in future. More so, do not harbor any atom of fear regarding this transaction, it's genuine and risky free claim. As i said earlier, i want you to keep our affairs secret because since it is (MONEY) all eyes will be on it.
I have informed the bank about my plans to claim this money and the only thing they told me is to look for a foreign partner who will stand on my behalf due to my refugee status and the laws of this country.
The law of this country (Senegal) forbid all the refugees from anything be it money. So, I do not have the legal capacity to carry out the transaction because of my status as a refugee. I will give you 20% of the total money for helping me.

Tell the bank that you are my foreign partner and also my trustee that you want to know the possibilities of assisting me in transferring 3.5 Million USA Dollars deposited by my late father of which i am the next of kin to your bank account in your country.

I was thinking and hoping that you have contacted the Royalbank for the money transfer not knowing that you are thinking of opening a new bank account in your country before. How can you go and open a new account without hearing from the Royalbank first? Africa proverb says thus: It's not wise to clean anus before going to toilet. Please contact the bank first so as to know if they will agree to transfer the money to you or not. If the bank agree to transfer the money to you, then you go and open the account if your present account will not be okay to receive the money. I should have sent the scan copies of the two documents to you before now but i have no money to do so. To scan the documents requires that i will go to the city with Taxi (going and coming back) and also pay for the scanning. My dear, i don't care if you don't help but keep it at the back of your mind that you may someday miss your good luck because of telling lies. Even if telling lies has been your success key point, bear in mind that it will disappoint you one day because it is not of the Lord God. You are having affairs with someone whom you do not know physically and you are telling the person, why? Honestly, i did not expect this kind of bad behavior from a sweet handsome man like you.
Please and please, I hate lies and pretense. I am sincere and honest to you and that's the utmost thing i need from you. I am 100% willing to send the documents to you but don't come to me with lies because it hate it so much. Be that as it may, to scan the documents requires that i will go to the city with Taxi ( Tro-and-fro) and also pay for the scanning.
If you can help me with a little money, i will take the risky to go to the city to scan the documents for you. I put it risky because our movement here in the refugee camp is highly restricted by the refugee camp authority and to go to the city requires that i will have a legal identity but i don't have. I told you earlier that i came into this country (Senegal) with the help of UN rescue team. So i don't have any passport or legal identity and that's what prompted me into trying to embark of this money transfer. After the transfer, you will send me some money which i will use to get my traveling documents and air ticket to join you there.
