Good news: I start to learn english today , earley then i plan before! My teacher check me first and tell that i am not so bad. She tell me i will need to study 2-3 month , and i will be able to talk in english on a medium level. I am little upset now, i did not start to learn english 3 month ago, so we could talk now. But because i have not stimulus and time before. Now i have stimulus and have to find time
Ok, most important now: I am using this site now www.Moon-Date.com ,it is big and popular(it have severel url), so maybe you allready have a profile there? it would be more comfortable to communicate there, because there are translator of messages and even online chat with automatic translator. 
I think we can talk by webcam, useing this chat, so i will read and write in russian and you will read and write in english, and we will see each other.
My cousin can not allways View translation all our messages, and it is wrong - if third person read all our private messages...I have trying google translator and others, this is not a variant too...Too many sence will be lost if we will use google translator or others...i think you are agree. 
So i will tell you everything there , on the site, i am not want to write a long letter now and make trouble for my cousin, because she is not very strong in english too and translates slowly.

Schreibe ihr noch einmal, dass Du dort kein Mitglied bist und dass ihr auch problemlos so per Mail kommunizieren könnt, da ihr Englisch ausreichend sei für einfache Kommunikation. Und alles Weitere würde sie dann schon lernen.
Geht sie nicht darauf ein, dann kann dieser Thread als Translationscam in die Öffentlichkeit.
