My city Lugansk has been based in 1795 when under the decree of Russian
empress Ekaterina of the second which if knows you, was the German, on a
place of modern Lugansk have constructed the big small-arms factory which
has started to supply with the weapon Russian army which then was at war with Turks.
Then around of city the settlement which in due course became city has started to grow.
Now in Lugansk lives approximately 450 thousand residents.
To border with Russia approximately 60 km, and to Kiev of 800 km.
Lugansk is on distance only 60 km from border with Russia.
Earlier, during Soviet time, it was the large center of the industry
of Ukraine. And now some enterprises do not work!
It`s a lot of people because of low wages leave to work abroad and among them many
young men, which not before creating family in such severe conditions.
It also was one and the reasons why I have decided to get acquainted with the
man from abroad.

I think that if you will arrive to Lugansk, I will find to you the apartment therefore hotels unfortunately in Lugansk are very bad.

I think that if people want to get acquainted thoroughly, they have to try to be a lot of time together and not to distract on other things.
