Mein Bauchgefühl sagt Scam. Um den Ausweis wird sich Uli kümmern, er ist der Experte.

Das Ausstellungsdatum passt nicht zur Passnummer.
Trotz anderer Regelung gibt es auch Farbfotos in den russischen Inlandspässen. Aber auf diesen wird nicht so nett gelächelt!
In dem Stempel fehlt die Nummer und der Pass ist amtlicherseits nicht unterschrieben.
Passnummer und Zahl rechts oberhalb des Stempels kommen nicht aus der gleichen Region Russlands!
