Smiley  I could find his profile on Facebook, but I don't post the link because he's using private pictures from an other person.
You should delete him from your friends list and report him there!
If he is any longer in your list he could download all your private pictures and informations!
In his comment is also one big mistake, only used from West African scammers.
Once again a hit to say he is 100% Scam!
