  As for a bit about myself, I am a modern man, my parents raised me to be a true man and I love being friendly. I was born in Spain and raised in California San Diego. I was married for 9 years and have a beautiful and a wonderful daughter - Natasha-age 8. My family is Hispanic (originally from Spain by way of Mexico -- who lived in Mazatlan) but both are died now. Spanish is actually my first language. I didn't speak English until I began attending elementary school. I can remember getting funny looks growing up (remember, we're talking the (1970's) when this little boy only spoke Spanish and no English. I was engineering major in college (B.Eng. and M.Eng.) but later decided to pursue Civil Engineering. (I was searching for something rhetorical, intellectually stimulating.) I recently received my second Master's degree, in Administration and am returning for my doctorate's (Ph.D.) in the near future. I have been an Engineer for 20 years i love my career.   
    As a Caring man, it gives me the opportunity to minister to hurting couples. As of last month, I was able to encourage 3 couples to remain in their marriages and work at it a bit harder. I'm not an adrenaline junkie but love to participate in the not so usual sports and outdoor activities. I love hiking and cycling in the warm season, and love snow boarding when cold. My secret fantasy is to learn how to surf one day since my family has a home, directly across the street from the white sand beach. I also enjoy traveling to the not-so-usual places (Australia, Mexico, Middle east). I have a desire to someday visit Africa and go on a safari, and of course, to learn more about the culture, I enjoy entertaining (especially gourmet cooking) since I do own my own home. My home is the one my neighbors always want to come by visit and/or hangout in the Asian-influenced backyard, since it's cheerful and inviting. I am extremely honest, faithful and loyal. I am also strong and intelligent, in addition to being caring and kind. I believe in being a well-rounded Man. God gave me the ability to be extremely assertive, but he also gave me the ability to be tender, caring, and gentle. I believe to be well-rounded in all areas. I am kind, but like to have fun. I am very intelligent and enjoy intellectual and stimulating conversations and activities. I want to support and help my partner be the best person she can be -- to help her reach her maximum potential as a person and fulfill her given purpose. So as you can see, I am a very unique man, the above should paint a fairly accurate picture of who I am. I have to forewarn you though that I am extremely honest and should you choose to move forward in a friendship with me, you will fall in love.
