Hey dear, 
              A very good day to you and thanks for sending me your email so we can write each other and give this a shoot.sorry for the late email....It was a quiet day today but nevertheless i just had to write you before i sleep .I will try to give you an idea of who I am just as you have done for me. It's not all sunshine and roses but I have had a good life and all the hard times and bad things have helped to make me who I am today and I'm proud of the person i am. I will be totally honest about who i am as I see no reason to lie or bend the truth, I want to know that I am liked, loved or whatever for who i really am.
Let me start to say that i'm 46 and i live on my own in a house i bought in Spring,TX.. i'm single at the moment..I'm presently working for the US Army and i'm deployed in Afghanistan on a peace keeping mission to protect human life and health, to ensure respect for all human beings, and to prevent and alleviate human suffering.. I enjoy trying  to enjoy every minute of life and try to stay an optimist even in difficult times. I am cheerful, easy-going and open-minded. I like meeting new people and I am opened to new things.I believe that opened heart, honesty, cheerfulness and sincerity can make our world much better. I like to discover new sides of life and I try to see positive moments in everything. I have very good sense of humor and I always enjoy smiling. I like to make people smile and to help people who need it.It might interest you that i have never done this before with anyone and i'm willing to give it a try to overcome the boredom and loneliness i have had over the years. 
              I am interested in meeting an honest, sincere, dependable, honest, patient woman who is mature and financially secured. Looking to date someone for who she is also down to earth, understanding, caring and compassionate, but yet strong and independent. I have a deep love for people, a respect for fellow citizens of the earth, and a commitment to working as a team player. It is important to me that the woman I find also share some of those characteristics.I am often drawn to the philosophy of "if you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it." I want to find the woman who wants to make a life together. Someone with a kind heart and sincerity towards others goes a long way with me and what I look for in my friends and relationships. Communication is important to me and will need to be with the woman I want to spend time with whether dating or getting to know each other. I can be a bit of a sappy romantic and consider myself to be very affectionate. Being loved and being able to love is important.Now if it's jumping out of a plane... your on your own. I love to laugh and have fun. I also like to camp, hike, dance, read, and travel. I love animals too. OH and I have tattoos. I love riding on a motorcycle and feeling the wind in my face. I love to spend time with family and friends. I am a HOPELESS romantic and cry at all the little sentimental stuff. I like to leave notes and doing little 'SURPRISE" things for the person I am with. from breakfast in bed to little post it notes on the windshield. I have been known to get affectionate in public but not too affectionate. I love to hold hands and snuggle and watch a good movie. Or just look at each other
             I want to meet someone great. After all life is a journey, not a destination, and we all meet people along the way for a purpose. If you feel the same way and what I have written reaches out to you, then lets get to know each other well and better. well this is me... not all of me but your close.... I think communication and honesty  are the best things to have in any relationship whether it's friendship or anything else.Now ... i am also very straight forward. if you want to know what i think i will tell you and if you don't like it... I'm sorry. If I still have your attention... Maybe we can give this a shot.... BUT IT'S ALWAYS NICE MAKING A NEW FRIEND.A
