I am Randolph Vida Yaya (23 Years Old), a citizen of Libya but arrive Ghana the past three days. I am an inheritor of Two Million US dollars which are currently here in Ghana but i need your help and I will rue you respectively. I need your help to assist me Activate my ATM CARD which values US$100.000 because before i started my trip to Ghana, i deposited this amount in a Bank in Libya that issues me the ATM CARD and kept the balance US$1.900.000 in a Metal Safe Box.

Upon arriving Ghana, the immigration and custom officer interrogate me and seize my Box and International Passport because i was unable to provide their demands that will enable them release my Box. Though, i didn't reveal the Pin code of the Box to them but only promised them that I’m going to meet my Guardian and we will both come back to suit their demands and claim the Box and they agreed. So, when i left the Airport and arrive Accra city, i visited numerous ATM Machine and tried to withdraw cash so that i can rent an Attorney that will assist me claim my Box in the Airport BUT i find out that the ATM Card isn't functioning well. I asked some Security Officer working at the ATM Point and they advised me to visit the Central Bank which i did and the officer in charge at the Central Bank (After Checking the Card) told me that i need to Activate the ATM CARD before withdrawal can be made easily. The Activation cost Three Hundred Ghana Cedi and i only have Fifty Ghana Cedi which i am spending on Shelter and Food now. So, i need your help urgently in this matter because after i get this fee paid, all will be well and i will offer you back US$400.000 for your Kind Help and future advice. I have found it difficult to seek help from the Ghanaian.

Will it be possible for you to be my beneficiary and invest the funds in a lucrative profitable Business after I have claimed them from custom?
