Sollte sie mit einem Mailprogramm in der Firma auf einem Firmenrechner arbeiten, dann würde ich erwarten, dass ihre Mailadresse eine Firmenadresse ist. 
Und das scheint hier nicht der Fall zu sein. Daher wäre ein Webmailer anzunehmen.
