When i contacted the bank and told them that i want to claim and transfer the money, because i do not have an international passport. Again, there was an agreement between my father and the bank; that in the event of his death; the bank should not allow me to withdraw money from the account until i complete my University education.
The passport is very important for the transfer of my late father's money, to work, travel and freedom of movement in this country. But i do not have the money(180.Euro) to pay for the replacement of lost passport.
In order to help me out of my present condition, the bank advised me to appoint and authorize a person as my administrator to represent me and act on my behalf in dealing with them(bank), and finally transfer the money to the account of my appointed administrator since i do have a bank account now.
I do not know anyone i can trust, but after having several long prayer and fasting, i have the believe that you will not disappoint me. You are chosen for me by God.
