Meanwhile, i have been at the court of Senegal and had carried out proper inquiries  on how to procure those documents legally from the government of Senegal because your partner Ms Sofia is a foreigner over here and does not have resident permit of the country as well, so her own case would be dfferent from a common person.

Unfortunately, the court magistrate said that she is not an indigen and does not resident in Senegal that before i can procure those documents for her that she must produce her late father`s death certificate and a copy of her father`s written WILL, but in the absent of any one, means that i should go to the ministry in charge of Probate letter to secure what they known as Letter of Administration. Then with this very Letter of Administration the court of Senegal can be eligible to authorize the bank concerned to release the funds to you as her foreign partner because she is only a next of kin to the later owner, she is not the direct depositor, therefore there are procedures that she must pass through to ensure legality.

You also recognize the fact that what is possible in your country might not be obtainable over here because we do not share the law. Therefore, the law of the Republic of Senegal required me as your lawyer to first obtain a Letter of Probate in favor of Ms Sofia the next of kin to the late customer of the bank, with this Letter of Probate, Ms Sofia can be eligible to apply for the Letter of Administration proving that her father did not leave any written WILL somewhere else before he died. I need to adhere to this rule before i can secure a Letter of administration on behalf of Ms Sofia. The Letter of Administration is the basic paper our Magistrate needed from every none citizen before i can procure the rest of the documents.

However, the ministry of justice in the Republic of Senegal charges for the total value of the funds that are involved before a Letter of administration can be issued, meaning that it's court charges are approximately 2,360 Euro equivalent, according to the ratio given at the high court and this amount must be paid direct to the treasury of the Republic of Senegal, an official payment receipt of payment shall be given at the point of payment and i shall scan and forward to you a copy of this payment receipt as evidence that the money does not belong to anyone but to the government of Senegal because Ms Sofia is not a citizen of this country. This procedure and charges are only applicable to the none citizen/indigen.

You should respond to this message as soon as you are ready to comply as i explained above, so that i can send you the name which you shall use to send me the required 2,360 Euro through Western union or Money gramme. I look forward to serve you better. Thanks.

I hope all is well, please try as much as you can to send me few words to encourage me because i am really worried over your silence since last weekend, i am left in the dark and i do not know what is going on again, i am on suspence and would like to know how far you have gone with our lawyers.

I am getting confused as i do not know the situation of things at the moment and since this week, you have not written mail to me, i called our lawyer over here and he said that he is waiting to hear from you since Monday, i tried calling your phone but your phone number does not function. I am really worried and could hardly eat or sleep at night because of this situation. Please help me to know my faith.

I hope you are fine today, i am worried over your sudden silence. I am also hearing a rumor in the city of Senegal that on this coming Saturday being 19th of March that the oppostion party in Senegal has set as a day to protest and rebel against the rulling government which might create another crisis over here and no body knows the extent this unrest might go if it happens on this Saturday.

Therefore i am afraid of staying longer in Africa again because no country is safe over here, which country will i run to if this crisis starts in Senegal as it looms? I have no where to go again if the crisis starts, please i am counting on you that you should hurry things up with the lawyer and make him to know that those documents are needed urgently, therefore he should hurry up to tell you all it shall take from you for him to proecure the documents on time for us without further delay.

I understand that the opposition party are really trying to create serious public unrest over here because of high increase of prices of commodities in the market and lack of medical cares, lack of infrastructures, social amenities and etc.

I am waiting for you, i am no longer safe here, i am scared because the rumour is serious and everyone is afraid, though the government has deployed police every where to guide the civilians against the uprising rebels. You need to save me, you need to rise now and settle the lawyer to start his work immediately at the high court. Please keep record of any amount of money you may send to our lawyer to procure the papers because you will take out all your expenditures from the funds first, as soon as it arrives into your bank account before investing the remaining money on my behalf while i shall return to school there.
