I am so surprised about the picture you have mounted... for once, I thought there was another Fredda (smile)

You said you have not heard of my name before... my name ''Fredda'' is a very old German name that means ''Peace''. I think the name is now extinct but I love it, it is `quite unique.

It is nice reading your email and getting to know more about you... I must say that you came a long to be who you are today. You must have heard alot of experience in life compared to me. Most importantly, I am fascinated about the fact that you have learnt almost everything by yourself... you definitely have a good ''school of thoughts''. Hope you understand what I mean.

If I may ask, how did you teach yourself computer engineering? because that seems to be the most complicated of all that you have thought yourself. And I would like to see your self-made computers... can you send pictures of it?

I have always wanted a career that enables me to be my own boss, require less going out and traveling.

I must say that I am away from home for work at the moment...  I work as a international model and that has taken me to alot of places around the globe. We are on a modeling trip to some selected African countries and we landed in Capetown, South Africa in late December and moved on to Cairo, Egypt and Tanzania. We are now in the last country Nigeria and we will be back to Hamburg in mid/late January.

The major objective of the modeling trip to Africa is to introduce new fashion lines into Africa fashion market since there are market projections here in the last couple of year. I get enough vacation after the trip and we can meet but I think we should keep in touch and get to know each other better in the main time... what do you think?

I am single with no kids and I seek the right person to share the rest of life with but I have not found ''the one'' yet... we shall see what develop from our contac

Hi xxxxx,

Thanks for the pictures, they are nice but you like a book worm with the pair of glasses (smile). Do you read alot?

It feels good to read another email from you all the way... the internet/technology is really helping in so many aspects, makes it a small world. And on the otherhand, you are just a flight away with the 21st century invention of aeroplanes.

As you can see, modeling is like acting and it can be very stressful but it entails things I like to do i.e. traveling, sightseeing, modeling different outfits and so on. Sometimes, if work is not much... it is just like getting payed to have fun but then, modeling is a stepping stone for me after my graduation at the University of Toronto.

I started modeling 8 years ago during my degree study in Music at the University of Toronto (U of T) back in Canada. I was modeling on part time basis during the course of my study and when I graduated, it was the first career I could develop because I already had some milestone in it at the time of graduation... few years later, I became an international model.

So, it can be sometimes funny that life can not always be what you we want it to be... life has its own rythm. I still have plans to further my career as a classical singer in the nearest future.... then, I would only be modeling on part time basis and in a particular country... not traveling so much.

I was once at the great barrier reef in Austrial and it was a wonderful holiday. You should go to Africa someday, I think you will love the experience. It is actually my first time here in Africa and I never thought modeling would take me this far. It has been a wonderful trip and we had the craziest experience back Cairo, Egypt... we saw the Nile and the most wonderful sites Luxor, Philae and went over to see the Pyramids where we saw King Tuts treasures. Later, we took an hot air balloon over the Valley of Kings... what a great experience to be in Africa.

It is nice to give gifts on occassions but it is always more colourful if the gifts are creative and self-made. Everyone likes surprises... so, gift is a kind of appreciation for whom they are addressed to. The more you appreciate someone will reflect in the gifts that you have given them.

I think smokers like to drink but I am surprised you said you never took alcohol... such is life, ''one man's food is another mans poison''. I do not smoke but I sometimes take red or white wine with very low alcoholic content depending on the mood i.e. red wine for a social gathering and white wine during meals.

So far... I think you are quiet, self-motivated, calm, composed and most importantly creative... those are good characteristics that everyone gentle men/ladies should possess. Such characteristics give the ability to understand life better. Well... we are just getting to know each other, I think we still have alot to discover... I am curious (smile).

Hi xxxxx,

Here is a little bit late reply, the hotel internet connection has not been working since last night... I had to pay to use an internet cafe service. This is quite expensive... I hope the hotel internet connection will start working soon because I may not be able to afford it. I lost my credit card last week and I have to limit my expenses till I get a new credit card next week.

Thanks for the pictures... I love the last one you sent. It really feels good to hear from you, I always had a smile on my face when I read your emails... the feelings grow by every message in it and now it seems we have known each other for a long time, I keep my fingers crossed till we meet. I am glad we have almost the same good mindset, I am positive and I have a open mind towards future too.

Like I said earlier, we have a good start and most importantly, we do not have any barriers hindering us from moving ahead. My experience in life may not make me see age as a barrier... age is just to keep records and so you can say "I am --- old today'', it should not be a thing of the mind/mentality... I have always believed an open mind would see far beyond age in many aspects if not all.

So, you love animals too... that is nice, good minds think alike. What a wonderful animal story you have told in the last email... I can actually imagine how you feel as a kid, having to keep animals which were not allowed in your stepfather's house. You definitely have a pretty good experience with the cats and I am sure will never forget when the cat took you the the basement, animals can be very lovely at times.

My situation was a little bit opposite... my father loved animals so he bought a dog for me when I turned 1yr... the dog grew quite bigger than me and we would run in the woods and mountains all the day because I grew up in the country of Toronto, close to Lake Ontario in Canada. Being with the dog.... I did not for once felt lonely, I have always wanted to go out into the woods and run around with dog as if I was a boy... the dogs was a good hunter and would kill animals for me to roast it for him. But then, he got old and died in my arms... what a terrible day for me, I did not eat or sleep.

Presently, I pay to keep my dogs in a dog house and they will be returned when I am back home. Animals are always loyal till the end and they protect their owners in return for the food and shelter they get. My Dog names are Pinee and Drake... Pinee is from my late father(the one you saw in the picture). I look forward take Fuzzy and my dogs for walk when we meet.

They say ''birds of same feather flock together'', we have a lot in common which really arouses my curiousity...  we both have good hearts and that we deserve a true love. I think we will have a perfect relationship if it is meant to be.

I just have a little break at work and should be get back to work... reading your email made my day already.

Sorry for the late reply, I just got back from work and I am lucky the hotel internet connection has been restored... if not, there would still be no way to write you. I could not get online because the hotel internet connection was down for maintenance services over the weekend. On the otherhand, I could no long afford the internet cafe service as a result of my credit card problems.

I must say a big thank you for the poems, the songs... reading those poems while listening to the songs really made my stressful day, did you compose those poems by yourself? I am touched and I think the easiest part is getting to know but the hardest part is being far away from each other. My fingers are still crossed till we will meet.

Thank god the modeling trip is coming to an end on Saturday 29th, January and closing ceremony for the modeling trip is coming up on Sunday... then, flight back home will be booked next week Monday. I cant wait to be back home, I cant wait to see my dogs and most importantly, I cant wait to see you.

That song ''Hang on to a dream'' is my type of song. If you remember, I told you I had plans to further my career as a classical singer. I was trained in my undergraduate days with alot of instruments and I still have the talent for singing as it was in my undergraduate days... so, there should be no problem going back to it. What I need is training and a good contract from a good recording company... then, I will be good to go. I am not just a listener... sooner or later I will have my own contributions to music. Did you ever wonder what the world would be without music?

On getting home, the first thing is to get the dogs out of the kernel, I wonder how they will feel like seeing me after a little while away... I think they will be more than happy to leave the Kernel. Dogs have always been my favorite, I have lived alone for years without feeling so lonely. Dogs can be very good companions. Come to think of it, my dogs will be a bit jealous of you when we meet (smile).

As for my credit card problem... normally, I got another credit card this morning but the card could not debit my bank account. So, I phoned with my bank in Germany and they said... no transaction can go through the account because it is frozen and I am required to be at the bank in person to reactivate my accounts due to German banking ethics which quite impossible for me right now.

I made effort to access my bank account locally from here but no success and I also went to almost all the big banks here if they can they can reach an agreement to reactivate my bank account but the banks here could not reach agreements with my bank in Germany due to the level of corruption here. It was a nice experience being here but cant cope with no access to my bank accounts... a stranger with no money, is'nt if funny?

If I have known this or envisaged this... I would definitely have more cash at hand or make proper arrangement for funding. In respect to what you said, this is also one of the disadvantages of living alone... no one to help. You can imagine how I feel... I hope I have not bored you with my problems here, it is just what I am facing here... a bad lesson for me to learn from. Everyday is not chrismas

Well, I wish I have someone to give me credit till when I will be back home, it is a very bad situation and travelers are not aware until they become victims.
