Dear Friend,


Please forgive the manner in which i have contacted you but it is due to my urgent need of a foreign beneficiary/busines s partner but before i proceed further i will like to introduce my self to you since I cannot be able to see you face to face at first. I have been living inside the United Nations refugee camp Ghana for 5 months now and just last week a parcel was posted to me from my late father lawyer through the United Nations Information Center in Accra and as i was going through the parcel i discover a brown envelop containing a whill which was written by my father before he died and as i was reading the whil i discover that my father have an existing ESCROW account in Ghana Commerical Bank which contain the sum of $9,200,000.00 USD.

This week Monday i took the bank documents and the whil to the bank to lay claim of the money which my late father deposited with them and i was told by the bank manager that because of the nature of the account, i can not withdawl fiscal cash from the account right inside Ghana unless i transfer it out of Ghana to an offshore account in another country and me i don't want to transfer the money to cote de voir because of the following reason's

1.) My country is unstable due to the bloody civil war that claim lot of life's and properties.

2.) The money might be seize from me by the Government of cote de voir

3.) I dont have any idea on how to manage and invest the money
