I live in Dagana Refugee camp in Dakar, Senegal, since the killing of my parents and most of our close relatives in the current war still going on in my country. When i contacted the bank and told them that i want to claim and transfer the money, the bank refused to attend to me because the law forbids them from doing business with a refugee. Also, because i do not have an international passport. Again, there was an agreement between my father and the bank; that in the event of his death; the bank should not allow me to withdraw money from the account until i complete my University education. In order to help me out of my present condition, the bank advised me to appoint and authorize a person as my foreign partner to represent me and act on my behalf in dealing with them(bank), and finally transfer the money to the account of my appointed foreign partner until i leave the refugee camp. Also, to protect my interest and the money, the bank will also help me to verify the personality of my appointed foreign partner(if he or she is trustworthy). And while transferring the money, the bank will instruct and direct my appointed foreign partner's bank in his/her country not to release any fraction of the money to the foreign partner until they are asked to do so. So is not easy for my appointed foreign partner to run away with the money. Preferably, first, i want you to help me to come to your country and meet you. So that when i come, we will know each other very well, then you can help me to transfer the money to your country.
