Da muss ich mal die Netzbezeichnungen genauer untersuchen. Über Telia haben die von ihrem Server in Prag auch Netzwerkconnection nach Sankt Petersburg. Bietet schnelles WLan an.
Sicher ist aber, dass die keine Verbindung in die Ukraine haben!

Über FreeOpenCall bieten die Internet-Telefonie weltweit an. Möglich, dass das der Schlüssel für die Herkunft aus Sankt Petersburg ist.

du hast die IP nicht vollständig kopiert. Deshalb die falsche Auskunft.
Die IP ist statisch, was auf VPN hinweist. Einen Proxy kann ich nicht feststellen.

Alle Abfrageprogramm geben die Tschechei als Einlieferer an.

Ich frage mich immer, ob die Fotos tatsächlich als bmp verschickt wurden. Ich denke, dass da ein Programm von Kleinweich schuld ist, dass beim Abspeichern der Dateianhänge zunächst das bmp-Format vorschlägt. Darum ist es meine Bitte: speichert angehängte Fotos nach Möglichkeit zunächst im jpg-Format ab.
