Well to tell you about the ID Card,that is the only thing that i have as my Identification  card and there is nothing like the back side of it.

By the way why is  the Bank not willing to send the money,if the cashier at the Western Union Bank don't want to send the money,Or if you are still0 willing to send me the money for the passport then you can also try Money Gram ,They will send it without any difficulty with them like Western Union. For Money Gram you just need the receiver name.
