Nein läßt sich leider nicht feststellen woher er/sie/es schreibt, die Datezeile +0200 zeigt uns die Zeitzone Westeuropa, er/die kann also überall sein, im Prinzip sogar ein Haus neben Dir.

Vielleicht unterläuft ja mal bei der Einlieferung ein Fehler, dann beantwortet sich vielleich deine Frage.
