Presently my movements is restricted  because they belived that my brother is using me to set uprising, base on this i am  denied telephone access  while my brother`s assets is been confiscated, that is why you will play a very big role in this transaction because i am going to  introduce you to the company as an associate to my brother, his trustee and representative  for the  claims and the release of this money in your name for establishment investment project with you as soon as i come over.

My brother also told me that because of the restricting of movement of funds through the bank, he deposited the funds and registered it as diplomatic bond with a security outfit, that to say that the company did not know the real contents of the items in the box.

My brother also assured me that the company are using diplomat with highly immunity that covers all their luggages, this is to stop any security or custom agents opening any of their belongings I will draft a power of attorney in your name and give to him to sign, this is to  authorize the company to release the funds to you as the beneficiary, We have also already arrange with a doctor`s  medical certificate that will facilitate my migrating out of the country.

Please i want a total honesty and sincerity from you as you can see i am handicap to pursue this fund by myself that is why my brother initiated this idea asking me to sort for an honest foreigner to assist me for the claim.

As soon as this money is been release in your name, i will advise you on how to wire some money to me through the doctor to enable me fly out of the country to meet you for the investment project and also arrange some money for the chief justice for his demand in  pursing my brother`s case. I accept to offer you 30% for your assistance.
