I have terrible day. Although morning was wonderful. I hope you are
fine. Terrible things could happened today. I tell you about
University. Today, rector decides whether to expel student who had not
passed the exam and a colloquium. When one of students found out about
this, he climbed on roof of the University and wanted to jump. He said
if you don't want my death, you have not thrown out me of university.
I had shock, everybody was saying that he did not do stupid things and
that everything will be fine, but he did not listen to anyone. I saw
his father and mother, they wept, begging him to stop. I was
completely shocked and did not know what to do, I felt that I had to
did something to calm this situation, but I could do little, and I did
all that in my hands, I called the police and other special services
for emergency situations. But this story has a happy end and he was
rescued and taken down. I still can’t feel good. Very upset by what
had happened.

an occasion I not willows in religion I know and I trust only in the

Mit dem Ausstellungsdatum das hast Du richtig gesehen. Aber mit dem Sicherheitsstreifen hättest Du nur bei den nichtbiometrischen Pässen recht.

Die neuen biometrischen Pässe haben keinen Sicherheitsstreifen mehr. 
Dafür ist das Passfoto eingelasert und hat ein Sicherheitsmuster in Form von geschwungenen Streifen, ähnlich wie bei dem Schengenvisum.

Den gleichen Pass haben wir bereits im Forum von Nadezhda Mamaeva
Beide haben den identischen Fehler, dass der Vatersname fehlt.
Allerdings hat der Fälscher in der ersten Zeile des maschinenlesbaren Teiles einen Fehler eingebaut, den er im anderen Pass nicht hatte. 
Da gibt es jetzt einen Platzhalter zwischen Nationalitätenkürzel und Nachnamen. Und das darf nicht sein.

Die zweite Zeile zeugt von absoluter Unkenntnis des Inhaltes der Zeile. Die einzigen korrekten Eintragungen sind das Nationalitätenkürzel und das Geschlecht. 
Alle anderen Eintragungen sind blanker Unsinn. Daher mache ich mir auch nicht die Mühe, die Kontrollziffern zu berechnen!
