Garantiert Scam, habe mit Ghana und Accra einschlägige Erfahrung. Kann momentan nur keinen Beweis liefern. Aber immer ist die Mamma von Ghana und der Papa aus einem englisch-sprechenden Land.
Wenn ich den Quelltext richtig interpretiere, dann ist die Sendezeit wie England, was für Ghana richtig ist. Die (oder der) ist wahrscheinlich auch von Ghana, aber sieht bestimmt nicht so aus!

I am very glad to read from you too, Well without work i am not happy because i need to live on my own and i was thinking may be i can relocate to another country but i dont if i can get good Job there with you my darling xxx? Yes it was my uncle that help me alots but this time around there's no work for him as before because he is a carpenter by profession and many things have change because he also have wife with 2 children, so i decided not to worry him any more since he has help me to graduate from university, I think it's the best that i also start a little work and be earn some money at the end of the month because i am afraid while our house rent will soon complet and we will need to renewal the house rent with landlord, so i dont know may be you can assist me with my travel document to travel and be with you there my darling? Did you think i should go to travel agent for verification and come back to you with my discussion from them  but i will like you to tell me the name of International Airport closer to your home so that i can explain to travel agent that i would like to arrive there for you to pick me home? Good Afternnon my darling ! Thanks for your message i really appreciate it and i hope you are doing great as well as i am also doing here ....Well i just left the Travel agent office as i told yesterday that i will be going back there for verification on how i can fly to be with you at Berlin. I spoke to the director he said it's possible and they can assist me which i will board with Ghana International Passport from Accra to Germany, He further explain that i will need a total cost of these list to enable them obtain German Visa for me. 
 
1) Ghana International Passport 
2) 4 passport photograh 
3) Vacination card 
4) Police report & prove of blood text as medica report 
5) Birth certificate including my education documents. 
 
All this will cost us about 694.873 Ghanaian Cedi( Six hundred and Ninety Four Ghana cedis and Eight Hundred and Seventy Three Ghana persewas) equvailent to Euro is 340.(Three hundred and Fourty Euros). with this money my Ghana international passport will be ready between 3-4 working days including all documentation above, so that i can apply for German Visa immediately, My dear incase you want to send the money please use western union or money gram with my below info so that i can went to pick it up and make payment for my international Passport.
