Es ist auffällig, dass die Anzahl der Scamfälle aus Cheboksary wieder deutlich zugenommen hat.

Am 8. Mai wurde der Kontakt von einem zum anderen Scammer abgegeben. Zunächst keine Fledermaus mehr direkt nachweisbar, erst in letzter Mail eine ältere Version. 

Die Volga Telecom unterhält in Mari-El kein Netz. Daher scheidet eine IP-Verschiebung von Mari-El nach Chuvaschien aus. Demnach ist anzunehmen, dass die Scammer von Yoshkar-Ola Connections nach Cheboksary haben. Möglich auch, dass der Scammer ein Student ist, der die Universitäten gewechselt hat.
