Oh that is good to hear from you, i think we really need to get to know each other better, i am an easy going guy that want happiness in life, i am a widower as well with one son, i want someone serious and dedicated into a relationship, i dont mind relocating, as i have a good life now.
I grew up in a small town in IL and as I stated earlier, My late father is from a small town in IL and as I stated earlier, was next to the youngest in a family of 2. We lived on a small land area, but my late dad worked with US Army and retire when he became a General and later worked for the State of IL for income. My late mom was a full time mom. We didn't have a lot of money, but we had a garden and cows so we were never hungry. Almost all of my ancesters were England except my great-grandmother on my mom's side was Irish. I Growing up, there were always lots of visitors to our house. it was very sad when my friend in United Kingdom called me and told me that My oldest sister who is 15 years older than me had been sustained partial Stroke for years now dead. It was very, very hard. I can't say I've ever "accepted" that she's so ill. But we've all learned to go on with our lives which seems equally tragic. I really wanted the world to come to a standstill. We were the "Eagle Eye" of the family and were very close. Her children have had to grow up knowing their mother as a good woman, now everybody is on different paths.
I am willing to retire in 8months time after spending over 27yrs in service, i want to go into business but it depends on the area i am relocating to, i need start a new life with someone special, someone that will be ready for a good and dedicated relationship, someone i can look into her eyes and say she is an Angel, i have a son called mike, he is 12yrs old, i dont mind distance in a relationship, what matters to me is how serious, mature, understanding we are going to be, and i think with that we can move mountain, not how long a man live matters but how well he live. and what has meant to be will always find his way, i have been to Germany, Spain, France, Italy, and some other part of Asia countries, i do speak Spanish very well because my ex was from there, and i do speak French as well.
I dont mind meeting the right woman now and do what it takes for our togetherness so far we are both planning toward thesame thing in life.
As stated earlier, I was married once . I lost my ex in an automobile accident a few years back which constituted a major sorrow to my heart and our only son has to be asked for settling down with her mother's family until I got retired with a good wife for us to spend the rest of our life together, like what i have said i dont mind relocating to the right woman.
