Terms of the offer are listed below:

1.Contacting
the
customers: You are to follow our directives. For new Representatives
are to make contact only through e-mail and /or telephone to avoid
unnecessary expenses. But "Long Serving Representatives/Liaison Agent
have full power to undertake meetings and conduct clearance of goods in
locations where we do have Liaison Offices. You can only confront
customers who are close to your residence or place of work to avoid
unnecessary expenses .

2.Receiving payments
from our customers on behalf of Changzhou Tiansheng Plastic Chemical
Co. : Payment may be through wire transfers, credit card crediting, bank
checks, cash or any other form as speculated in the payment manual
between my company and the supposed customer in your environ

3.You
are to "Confirm receipt of Payments" and  to transfer into our Account
Officers/Scouts as  you may be instructed. Transfer to our scouts would
not be executed until the bank check, wire transfer, cash or any other
form of payment is fully credited to your person before my company can
seek such money from you.

4.You are to keep records of all transactions done with you and submit them to me bi-annually.

5.Taxes
incurred on your account by reason of your transactions with us shall
be paid by the Changzhou Tiansheng Plastic Chemical Co.

6.Payment for your services shall be as stated below;

You
are to receive 10% from the total amount of money you may receive from
every successive transaction within the range of - $1,000 -- $50,000

Every Successive Transaction:
Between $50,001 -- $75,000 earns you $5,000
Between $75,001 -- $120,000 earns you $7,000
Between $120,001 -- $200,000 earns you $10,000

Between $1M USD --$10M USD earns you $100,000

7.Payment
for your services can only be reviewed after two months of service to
this company ( Changzhou Tiansheng Plastic Chemical Co) .

8.For
any litigation resulting from the present contract, The United Kingdom
laws will be applicable and the jurisdiction authorities from  Austria will be competent to be effective as well.
