Hallo 

ich habe diesen Sean Carter Beitrag gestern eröffnet. Du hast mich dann gebeten, den Quelltext einzustellen. Da ich mich mit sowas nicht auskenne, sende ich dir nachfolgend die Quelltext der beiden Mails von ihm. they say i was meant to have obtained the licence before commencing with my research
i made all verifications when i first came down here and didnt tell me i needed that..i only had a permit which i obtained to carry on with my research,dont kw if this was an effect as to the
change of government down here
but all i kw is i obtained a permit and peacefuly carried on with my research
i have had a court case with them on this issue
and after 3 weeks of fighting the case i lost
the case was judged thus...

or 2 years jail term if requirements arent adhered to within a specific time
