Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, dann verwechsedlt pokepapa das. Die Ursache liegt wahrscheinlich an der Headerauflösung, dass da wohl irgendwo fälschlicherweise dieses city: Nizhegorodskaya stand.
Nizhegorodskaya ist die Region und Nizhni Novgorod ist die Zentrale. Aber in der Regel sollte es auch unmöglich sein, dass die Mail aus Kirov da abgesandt wurde.

Es gibt jetzt aber ein Problem:
Der Anbieter scheint mobiles Internet anzubieten (Handyanbieter). Jetzt sind die Russlandkenner gefragt: Kann sie einen Vertrag mit einem Anbieter in Nizhni Novgorod haben und dann über diesen Anbieter von Kirov aus mobiles Internet haben. Oder wäre dieses wegen zu hoher Preise unsinnig?
