Es kommt darauf an, welches Sovetskiy man zu Grunde legt oder eventuell Sovetsk meint. Auch das ehemalige Tilsit in Ostpreußen heißt seit 1946 so! Sind zwar knapp 1000 Kilometer bis Moskau, aber die Zeitzone würde dann passen!

die Richtige! Die andere Date-Zeile steht sogar im Widerspruch zu dieser, denn eine

Zeitzone mit einer Stunde Unterschied kann logischer Weise nicht nur 8 Minuten und

49 Sekunden von einer ganzen Stunde der Zeitzone abweichen! Es sein denn der Port

des Servers, der sendet, lebt noch in der Normal-Zeit ohne die Sommer-Zeitumstellung!

Da hat der Server wohl ein kleines Programm welches Fehlerhaft ist!

Zur Siedlung 'Sowjetski'  (oder eben Sowetski) mal diese kleine Information:

Diese Deutsche Schreibweise gibt nicht den Russischen-Wortlaut wieder, wenn

man das 'e' als 'e' belässt! Hier ist der Buchstabe 'e' das Russische 'ё'! Also

der Buchstabe 'ё' wird als 'je' übersetzt! Wir schreiben ja auch Sowjet-Union

und nicht 'Sowet-Union' ! Das ist wohl mal von einen Nicht-Russischsprachler

übersetzt worden, dem das Wissen um den Buchstaben fehlt! Leider findet

sich auch in Wiki oder ähnlichen Quellen kein Hinweis auf die Aussprache und

somit schreibt der Eine beim Anderen den Müll immer weiter ab! Schade für die

Quellen! Der Ort um den es sich bei uns handelt ist 'Советский (Марий Эл)'  !

Da diese Einträge aber eben nur für ein kleines Städtchen sind, wurden sie bei

Wikipedia wieder gelöscht! Wer ausser wir braucht eben diese Informationen?

Denkbar wäre ja dann eben eine Überlastung zur Hauptverkehrszeit der E-Mail-Absendung!

Die kleine Zeitschleife über einen 'Not-Server' und der hat halt die Normalzeit anstatt der

Sommerzeit! Der könnte ja einfach mal ausgefallen sein und da hat man beim Backup eben

geschlafen! Da es wohl dort noch keinem Techniker aufgefallen ist und ja auch sonst kein

Normal-Russe IP-Adressen so wie wir ausliest! Wäre mal ein Gedankenspiel!
